Simply book your wedding with us and the more that gets booked for your wedding related events the more CASH BACK the Bride & Groom earn! It doesn't matter who pays for the transportation (or who books it) as long as whoever books it gives us your wedding name, you are on your way to earning CASH BACK!

What Are The Rules?
The idea is the more that gets booked for your event the more cash back you get.
The minimum rebate award level is $2,500 then you start to qualify for your rebate.
- Level 1: Spend $2,500 - $3,199 and EARN 5% CASH BACK (Earn Up To $159)
- Level 2: Spend $3,200 - $3,999 and EARN 7% CASH BACK (Earn Up To $279)
- Level 3: Spend $4,000 + and EARN 10% CASH BACK ($400 and more)
1) After booking your initial wedding transportation we will create your BEST wedding account under your wedding name. At the time of any additional wedding related bookings the person booking must give us your wedding name so you will receive credit for that reservation. |
| 2) It doesn't matter who is paying for the transportation and/or who is booking it as long as it is "related" to your wedding transportation and your wedding name is given at the time of booking. |
| 3) All wedding related transportation that occurs prior to the wedding and up to two weeks after the wedding will be counted towards your BEST Bridal Bucks cash back reward. |
| 4) Corporate travel and non-wedding related reservations will be not be counted towards the rebate. To see if your transportation qualifies please contact BEST Transportation. |
| 5) The total of all actual final collected charges will be combined to determine the CASH BACK reward level. You will be able to receive any applicable discounts. ie. 6th hour free. Should you decide to add additional chauffeur gratuity to your bill this amount is EXCLUDED from the BEST Bridal Bucks Program. Our rates are All-Inclusive but occassionally there may be extra charges. Any additional charges i.e. vehicle damage fees, luggage fees, airport early/late arrival fees, and any other miscellaneous incurred charges are also excluded. |
| 6) Should any refunds have occurred those monies will be credited from the total. Only final charges will count towards the rebate levels. If any refunds are applied after the rebate has been issued the the rebate will be retroactively adjusted and the difference will be removed from the refund to reflect the difference. |
| 7) The SecureRide Taxi Program is excluded from this program. |
| 8) Wedding service providers, i.e. venues, planners, photographers, travel agents, coordinators, etc. will not be allowed to combine multiple events or services from different weddings to qualify. Each wedding is a stand alone account. |
| 9) BEST Bridal Bucks rebate checks will be issued and mailed to the Bride & Groom within 4 weeks after the completion of the last event. |
| 10) We will not issue separate checks and/or divide up this rebate amount. If any parties involved want to divide up the rebate money that will need to handled directly among them, as BEST will only issue one check payable to the Bride & Groom. |
| 11) This offer is subject to change and is only valid for vehicles booked with BEST Transportation. Valid for all weddings in 2010 & 2011. If the program is discontinued we will honor Best Bridal Bucks for any weddings already boooked for 2010/11 but reserve the right to not offer it for any new weddings. |
